Leveraging our network of trusted lenders, we structured a £317,003 fixed-rate hire purchase agreement with a 10% deposit plus VAT and full repayment over 60 months.
Despite tight deadlines and year-end pressures, we ensured the agreement went live in time, allowing both the supplier and the client to move forward.
The Outcome
The asset was successfully acquired and funded ahead of the year-end deadline, securing the tax relief as planned. By structuring the deal on a fixed-rate basis with minimal upfront cost, the business-maintained cash flow while positioning itself for long-term growth.
